English 9: (1st, 6th hours)-

CLT: Students will gain knowledge of grammar, gain knowledge of memory poem expectations

1. Grammar – common/proper nouns

2. Go over Mockingbird Memory Poem- we’ll type tomorrow

3. Quiz on 5-11 tomorrow

4. Reading time and time to reading log

HW = read TKaM- 10 and 11 for Wednesday

English 12: (3, 4, 5th hours)

CLT- Students will demonstrate knowledge of college readiness

1. Rough draft for essay/personal statement due – peer/self edit/adult edit for Monday when final draft is due

2. In class assessment on college/career readiness-finish and share with me today

3. Quiz on Conroy novel on Monday next week.

HW = read Conroy novel, work on essay/statement if needed- FINAL DRAFT DUE MONDAY!!!!!
