English 9: (1st, 6th hours)-

CLT: Students will demonstrate knowledge of memory poem expectations, vocabulary terms, gain knowledge of TKaM

1. Mockingbird Memory Poem- turn in if you didn’t

2. Vocabulary practice for quiz tomorrow

3. Reading time and time to reading log- 15 minutes

4. Watch movie version of TKaM

HW = read TKaM- 12 and 13 for Friday, study for vocabulary quiz

English 12: (3, 4, 5th hours)

CLT- Students will gain knowledge of Conroy’s life and writing, final exam expectations

1. Final exam handout – 15 points, complete before end of class.

2. Read biography of Conroy – annotate and answer questions.

3. Reading time, time to take notes (due Monday)

4. Quiz on Conroy novel on Monday next week.

HW = read Conroy novel, work on essay/statement if needed- FINAL DRAFT DUE MONDAY!!!!!
